Leeds/Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home) - must be a commutable distance from West Yorkshire to be considered for this opportunity.
We are seeking a Digital Optimisation Specialist to join a leading European Financial Services business with HQ in Leeds. The purpose of the role is to set up AB testing capability on the DACH Digital Project.
The Digital Optimisation Specialist will lead on implementation of VWO AB Testing technology onto the website and portal, working in collaboration with the digital agency and developers.
Once implemented, you will optimise the performance and conversion on the website, and monitor results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the project to integrate AB Testing technology
Setting up of code with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Plan and execute test and monitor results
Optimise landing pages, website user experience and conversion funnels, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rate and user engagement
Key Requirements:
Experience of working with developers to integrate and roll out AB testing technology
Experience of setting up and running AB test in platforms such as VWO
Experience of using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Agency Management experience
Immediate start - initially a 6 month project, scope to be extended but not guaranteed.
