Better Placed are proud to be working exclusively with a Leeds-based Financial Institution, who are looking to add a Digital Acquisition Manager, to join their growing Digital team. Working across Search and Social Channels, with the objective of maximising profitability and growth.

 

The company offers Hybrid working (twice a week in their Leeds City Centre office), 25 days annual leave which increases with service + bank holidays, annual performance related bonus, Employee Assistance Program, ability to buy & sell annual leave and regular social events.

 

The role:

·        Develop and execute strategies for marketing campaigns tailored to both established and newly introduced products within current and emerging market segments, utilizing various lead generation platforms. Employ tools like Google/Microsoft Keyword Planner and The Search Monitor as needed.

·        Proactively seek ways to improve campaign profitability through performance insights.

·        Use of Google and Bing Editor to make major campaign changes.

·        Analyse FLG CRM data alongside online campaign metrics to determine net ROAS, lead quantity, cost per lead, and profitability. Implement optimization strategies based on these insights to enhance campaign performance.

 

This could be a well-suited role for an Agency candidate to make the step inhouse or for an inhouse candidate looking to take the step up.

 

The person:

·        A minimum of 2 years’ experience in creating, managing, and optimising digital campaigns across paid search or social

·        Highly proficient in generating leads via digital campaigns, preferably in the financial services industry.

·        Highly numerate and analytical mind – able to draw meaningful conclusions to boost performance.

·        Excellent time management and organisation skills
