​We are delighted to be partnering with one of the North’s most exciting ecommerce brands in their search for a Head of Digital. This is a brand in an expanding sector.

 

My client is embarking of a period of growth from start-up to scale up, post investment and now is an incredibly exciting time to join the team.

 

Working from their Manchester City Centre office (Hybrid), the Head of Digital will be responsible for driving digital growth and optimising customer experience. They will lead digital strategy across performance marketing channels, SEO, Social and CRM create a seamless user experience.

 

The role:

  • Drive LTV through data driven insights and continuous optimisation

  • Ensure a seamless integration between digital channels, website performance and technical execution

  • Lead and mentor a cross functional digital team, embedding a fun culture of high performance

  • Own the digital strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth (including but not limited to PPC, Paid Social, SEO, CRM and Influencer)

  • Oversee website performance, collaborating with the inhouse developers and technical SEO specialists to optimise for speed, functionality and conversion,

  • Oversee performance marketing channels – managing the in house paid media manager to ensure campaigns are optimised for maximum ROI and scalability.

  • Own data tracking and analytics across digital channels and deliver actionable insights to the wider team. Provide insights on key metrics such as conversion, LTV, ROAS etc

  • Partner with the in house tech SEO specialist, lead the development of a comprehensive SEO strategy focusing on both technical and content SEO to drive long term growth

  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop personalised and segmented digital campaigns.

 

The person:

  • Experience in managing multi channel marketing teams in a high growth ecommerce environment

  • Senior and strategic but happy getting their sleeved rolled up – this is a scaling business

  • Experience managing both digital channel and website performance
