Head of Marketing

Salary: c£70,000-£80,000 basic

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

📍Location:Headquartered in the Bradford area, this hybrid role offers flexibility with 1-2 days of remote working per week. To be considered, you must be within a commutable distance of West Yorkshire. The organisation is happy to consider candidates looking for 4 days/4.5 days too.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.

  • Own and implement a results-driven marketing strategy to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Oversee digital channels, including

    paid search, SEO, and CRM campaigns, optimising performance to achieve measurable outcomes.

  • Enhance the digital customer journey, ensuring a seamless and conversion-focused user experience.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative, high-impact marketing campaigns.

  • Manage budgets, analyse performance metrics, and identify new opportunities for growth and optimisation.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in

    B2C performance marketing, ideally with expertise in digital acquisition.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on

    data-driven decision-making and campaign attribution.

  • Experience managing digital customer journeys and working with external agencies.

  • A creative, proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign development.

  • Exceptional

    communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and nurture talent.
