Our client is a fast growing ecommerce brand, offering quality products to their customers.They are ambitious, high growth and scaling both in the UK and internationally.

They are searching for a Marketing Director to lead teams across Digital, Brand, Creative and Retention, driving strategic growth and ensuring profitability across all marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will own the full marketing P&L with responsibility for a £multi-million budget, ensuring ROAS and profitability targets are achieved.They will shape marketing strategy, launching new products into new markets and will be responsible for building high performing teams.

 

The role:

·       Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, blending a data-driven performance marketing focus with impactful above-the-line campaigns to drive both immediate sales and long-term brand equity.

·       Manage the full marketing P&L, overseeing a £multi-million budget to ensure profitability and delivery of ROAS targets.

·       Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across performance marketing, brand, and CRM.

·       Develop marketing strategies for the successful launch and growth of new products, ensuring they align with overall business goals.

·       Lead optimisation of paid platforms driving scalable growth in line with key performance metrics.

·       Introduce and execute effective above-the-line campaigns to complement digital efforts and build brand awareness.

·       Work with the retention and loyalty team to optimise CRM strategies, ensuring strong customer engagement and repeat purchase behaviour.

·       Partner with the E-commerce, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment on products launches and brand objectives.

·       Leverage analytics to measure performance, optimise campaigns, and report key insights to the executive team.

 

The Person:

                 Proven experience in managing £multi-million budgets and delivering against ROAS and profitability targets.

                 Deep understanding of paid media platforms with a track record of driving scalable growth.

                 Experience in planning and delivering successful above-the-line media campaigns to complement digital marketing efforts.

                 Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative environment where team members are trusted to take ownership of their work and contribute their expertise.
