About the Role:
Seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to driving member recruitment, retention, and growth through the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies. Reporting to the Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in shaping commercial plans and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Devise and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to maximise member engagement and achieve growth targets.
Monitor market trends and analyse changes to identify opportunities or threats.
Create compelling marketing messages and manage online/offline content for websites and apps using CMS.
Lead the development of detailed budget plans and ensure effective management of marketing activities.
Develop and guide social media strategies, encouraging engagement while mitigating risks.
Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in campaign planning, implementation, and analysis.
Broad marketing expertise, within the insurance, financial services or medical space.
Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in omni-channel marketing, integrating digital, social media, and traditional methods.
Personal Attributes:
