Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers to process orders and offer regular updates.
- Allocate stock according to forecasts and agreed internal guidelines.
- Prepare monthly briefs for the Reach team and facilitate communication between teams.
- Utilise Analytics to maintain relevant trackers.
- Generate purchase orders for the sales team.
- Offer business support as necessary.
- Perform ad hoc tasks to assist the team as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
- A great communicator with a flair for customer service
- Thorough understanding of customer management
- IT literate (Microsoft Office) and highly numerate.
