Reporting to the Marketing Director, they will manage the website, trading and optimisation.
The role:
Take ownership of the ecommerce website - optimizing at all customer touchpoints
Work with the Marketing Director to deliver online trading and content strategy
Optimise customer experience, increasing conversion and driving growth through ecommerce strategy
Analyse sales data, customer trends and competitors, delivering actionable insight to inform trading strategy
Plan and deliver promotional campaigns ensuring they deliver maximum impact
Own website updates including new landing page creation, trade calendar and web content
Improve the customer journey with enhances site navigation
Implement A/B testing programs to optimise the customer experience
Partner with colleagues in brand and marketing to create fully integrated campaigns inline with overarching brand strategy
Work closely with the customer acquisition teams to enhance experience and ensure consistent messaging
Monitor and report on Ecommerce KPIs
