We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Analyst to join a Financial Services organisation with head quarters in London.


As a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising the marketing campaigns and driving business growth. You will be responsible for analysing data, identifying key insights, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance the marketing strategies.


To be considered for this opportunity, you will have strong hands-on experience in marketing analytics, working with web analytics, paid search, social and display data sets.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns' performance, including but not limited to ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Collaborate with the media agency to define and evaluate paid media KPIs

  • Generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into marketing performance and communicate findings to key stakeholders.

  • Identify and address performance gaps and areas for improvement to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance marketing strategies.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets.

  • Experienced user of Google Analytics 4.

  • Hands on experience of working with Search Ads 360 Data.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
