We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Analyst to join a Financial Services organisation with head quarters in London.
As a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising the marketing campaigns and driving business growth. You will be responsible for analysing data, identifying key insights, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance the marketing strategies.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have strong hands-on experience in marketing analytics, working with web analytics, paid search, social and display data sets.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns' performance, including but not limited to ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
Collaborate with the media agency to define and evaluate paid media KPIs
Generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into marketing performance and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
Identify and address performance gaps and areas for improvement to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets.
Experienced user of Google Analytics 4.
Hands on experience of working with Search Ads 360 Data.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
