Nottingham: Hybrid 3 /2 (plus flexible working hours)

£40,000 - £50,000 + Package

With growth firmly on the agenda they have and continue to build out a fantastic Brand & Marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, forming part of the existing Marketing leadership team.

I am looking for an experience Marketing /Campaign Manager or integrated Account manager to join this team and be part of their next phase of brand marketing development.

Key for success in this role is someone with great project management skills, great multi-channel campaign planning skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across the business.

 

Key responsibilities include:

·        Assisting in the continued development of Campaign Marketing strategy, supporting overall brand development and brand awareness, driving new customer acquisitions and support with NPD and promotional strategies.

·        Lead in the planning and coordination of Multi-Channel campaigns/ Campaign Calendar, from initial briefing through to final sign off – including checking and co-ordinating amends.

·        Multi-Channel campaigns across ATL (Advertising: Media, TV, Radio, OOH, VOD, Podcasts), Digital: Social Media and Content, Email and Web. PR and Events and offline marketing: DM, Leaflets, POS.

·        Tracking of KPI’s including campaign measurement and brand metrics.

·        Direct line management a brilliant Campaign Executive.

·        Liaising with 3rd party agencies regarding ATL/ Media and Creative.

 

Key Skills & Attributes:

·        Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record in building brand through multi-channel campaign planning and marketing communications

·        Team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills

·        Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others

·        Agency management experience

·        Ability to work in a fast paced and consistently evolving environment, managing multiple projects
