About the Role:

As a Social Media Manager, you'll spearhead the implementation of the social strategy across both organic and paid channels. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the broader marketing team to deliver exceptional social media campaigns that elevate the brand presence, build engagement, and bring the brand’sstory to life.

From managing organic content and creating captivating campaigns to rolling out influencer programs and collaborating with brand partners, this role offers the opportunity to shape the social media landscape and contribute to their mission of reaching new audiences.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across key channels.

  • Create engaging, on-brand content and ensure alignment with overarching digital marketing goals.

  • Build and manage a thriving social community, responding to queries and fostering conversations.

  • Collaborate with influencers and partners, managing end-to-end processes for campaigns.

  • Track performance, analyse metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

  • Champion the social agenda across internal and external platforms, driving innovation and creativity.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media, ideally within health, beauty, or FMCG sectors.

  • Strong copywriting skills and hands-on content management expertise.

  • Proven ability to deliver creative, impactful content across text, image, and video formats.

  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.

  • Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and refine strategies effectively.
