Communication Manager (Social, PR & Content)
West Yorkshire. Hybrid 3 days in 2 WFH/ Remote

Growth continues to stay on the agenda with new territory plans and product lines and brand collaborations, as well as growing headcount including this key strategic hire for a Communications Manager to lead the Comms strategy across Social Media, PR and Content.
The focus of this role is to maintain a best in class customer experience, acting as the voice of the brand, driving the creative within Social, PR and Content on all touch points.
Key responsibilities include:
Define and delivery the brands multi-channel communications strategy, ensuring brand consistency with innovative and impactful content that customers love. Using content to tell a story.
Key areas of focus; Organic Social, PR, Outreach and Creative.
Ensuring content drives brand perception, awareness and engagement, which will then support the brands customer retention and ultimately sales.
Multi-Channel content plan across, Website/ Social Media/ PR and Video. Supported by the in house Creative team (Asset creation).
Work with the wider marketing team; Digital/ Performance marketing, SEO, Brand and Marketing and CRM. As well as their in house Creative team.
Ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
Experienced Content/ Comms Manager, previous experience managing comms plan and strategy across Social Media (organic and Paid ideally), PR, Influencer and Content.
Strong influencer and people management experience. Confident in idea sharing and creative thought.
Ideally 5 years+ in a Comms/ Content role, with 3+ years in a Senior/ Leadership role. Ideally people management experience
