We're looking for a CRM Manager for a client based in London. Ideally you'll have a good 2-3 years + experience and an understanding of loyalty schemes and how to grow and segment databases.
They need someone who is proactive, energetic, forward thinking, and able to manage their own workload and be able to attend their London offices 2 x days per week ideally.
Responsibilities will include:
Oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategies to engage and retain customers or clients.
Leverage email communication and CRM platforms to nurture leads, build brand loyalty, and drive conversions.
Crafting compelling email content, segmenting email lists, designing automated workflows, and analysing campaign performance metrics to optimise results.
Enhancing customer relationships, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to business growth and revenue generation
Take day-to-day responsibility for email scheduling, delivery, reporting and campaign selections
