We are partnering with a high growth ecommerce brand in their search for a Senior CRM Manager.
Our client is a quickly scaling consumer brand who has taken the UK market by storm and is now reaching into international markets with their growing number of high quality and sort after products.
Reporting to the Head of CRM, the successful candidate will develop and implement customer first strategies to enhance loyalty, retention and LTV globally.
The Role
Take ownership of both UK and International CRM strategy across all customer touchpoints
Manage customer comms across all parts of their journey – email, push and sms
Partner with colleagues in data and insights to understand the customer and their buying behaviours to improve AOV and LTV
Report back on CRM activity to the wider team, giving actionable insight to inform future campaigns
Work with colleagues in creative to ensure all templates are optimised to improve CRM performance in line with business KPIs
Manage and develop the AB testing program to ensure optimisation at all customer touchpoints
Develop junior members of the CRM team
The Person
Proven experience in CRM in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. International experience would be advantageous
A data driven mind with strong technical CRM skills (Bloomreach / Klaviyo)Highly organised and enjoys managing multiple projects at once
