Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic, forward-thinking CRM team? We are looking for a passionate and experienced CRM Manager to join a leading consumer brand and household name. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and optimise customer communication strategies across numerous markets for a market leading business.

The Role:

As the CRM Manager, you will be a key player in the wider CRM team and will possess the ambition and innovation to progress the function and drive value for both existing and new customers and the organisation through best-in-class automated communications, personalised to customer preferences and their various life stages.

·         Create engaging PowerPoint presentations to share our CRM strategy with marketing and commercial teams, ensuring they feel inspired and aligned.

·         Convert our strategies into clear, detailed campaign plans for the delivery teams. Ensure flawless execution through targeted approaches, data selection, and creative development.

·         Identify key customer and market trends and turn these insights into actionable plans.

·         Work closely with the CRM team and other departments to help the Senior CRM Manager develop a scalable customer contact strategy.

·         Collaborate with analysts to identify growth opportunities and create compelling narratives based on complex data.

·         Oversee campaign analysis and test plans to continuously enhance program performance.

 

You:

·         You have a proven track record of driving commercial success with customer-focused CRM communication strategies and programs.

·         You’ve managed direct media channels and CRM programs that boost customer experience and drive business performance.

·         You have a strong background in CRM strategy or planning, particularly in CRM and digital communications.

·         You’re passionate about understanding customer behaviour and effective CRM engagement techniques.

·         You’re proficient in presenting to senior stakeholders, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
