In the role you will influence and support the brand, marketing, and product development strategy by coordinating research programmes and analysing data from multiple sources.

This can range from understanding how behavioural science and semiotics impacts marketing campaigns and product choice, to concept testing new ideas and creatives.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Insight Manager in leading a number of research programmes across product development, marketing, and brand. Including briefing, project set up, analysis and debriefing to key business partners

• Building strong working relationships with key agencies, stakeholders and other insight team members to answer key business questions

• Developing a working knowledge of all tools within the insight team, and integrating these sources to create clear, concise insight stories

• Working in an agile way to manage multiple projects end-to-end, including using DIY research techniques to answer business questions fast

The Person:

• Experience in customer insight, market research or a commercial environment

• A customer champion, passionate about understanding customers and innovating to meet their needs

• Proven understanding of different insight approaches and tools (qual/quant)

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Highly organised, and able to work on in a fast-paced environment

• A self-starter, with the ability to build and develop positive relationships and networks both internally and externally

• Confident in providing recommendations and giving an opinion
