Hybrid: 2 days in the office 3 WFH/ Remote

We are delighted to be partnered with one of the North’s most exciting ecommerce brands in their search for a Performance Marketing Manager. This is a brand in an expanding retail sector.

My client is embarking of a period of growth from start-up to scale up, post investment and now is an incredibly exciting time to join the team.

Based out of their office in Manchester City Centre, operating a hybrid policy of 2 days in 3 WFH, you’ll be responsible for managing the brands Paid Media channels. In house so hands on paid campaign delivery as well as supporting the wider Paid Media strategy with a key focus on PPC.

Job Specification:

  • Support in the delivery of the brands Paid Media strategy, focussing on PPC. Leading the day to day delivery of the brands Search & Shopping campaigns.

  • Support in the management of the brand PPC automation and devise and deliver key automation initiatives. Account optimisation and growth.

  • Ensuring all digital and brand activity is aligned and consistent.

  • Implement innovative strategies to achieve business targets and growth across our paid media accounts.

  • Analyse performance of all paid search campaigns and report findings.

  • Working alongside the Paid Media/ PPC team that’s in house, as well as working with the brands digital agency

The successful candidate must have:

  • Hands on experience within PPC, ad serving platforms

  • Ideally have the ability to display experience of working large budgets 

  • Ideally have worked on multiple brands/ PPC accounts at any one time

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis and data driven decision making

  • You are commercially minded, confident, good stakeholder management skills.
