Lead the brands strategic plan of their Performance Marketing channels and Multi-Million budget spend.
Managing the skilled in-house team and supporting delivery agency, as well as direct management of their external partnerships,
Ensure the team are up to date with the latest industry trends, delivering the most effective performance plan.
Work alongside the wider digital and trading teams to ensure end to end customer experience and total audience reach.
The successful candidate must have:
Experienced and capable Paid Media Specialist, operating at a senior level. Both strategic delivery as well as stakeholder management and influence.
Ecommerce experience, agency or client side. Comfortable in the pace of retail, and working closely with trading teams and targets.
Experience across all Paid Media channels in previous roles
Confident in managing large budgets, and multiple brands/ strategies at any one time.
