Performance Marketing Manager

Hybrid: 2 days in the office 3 WFH/ Remote

£50,000 + Package


We are delighted to be partnered with one of the North’s most exciting ecommerce brands in their search for a Performance Marketing Manager. This is a brand in an expanding retail sector.


My client is embarking of a period of growth from start-up to scale up, post investment and now is an incredibly exciting time to join the team.


Based out of their office in Manchester City Centre, operating a hybrid policy of 2 days in 3 WFH, you’ll be responsible for managing the in house Paid Media strategy and continued build and optimisation of their Paid Media channels (PPC/ Shopping and Paid Social).

Job Specification:

  • Support the Head of Performance in the continued development and improvement of the PPC and Paid Social Strategy.

  • Your focus will be to drive Paid channel performance forward. Taking ownership over the strategy, making impactful changes with a fearlessness of such change. Employing a solid test and learn approach

  • Fully optimise Paid campaigns and activity to support the most commercial plan that delivers cost-efficient, incremental value.

  • The role requires you to remain hands on during the period of growth, so the ability and desire to delivery campaigns (Paid Social) is needed. Long term plans are a full team.

  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends/changes and understanding how they could affect performance.


What I’m looking for here is someone who is comfortable in all areas of Paid Media, with a background of hands on Paid Social experience. Comfortable in this level role and owning part of the wider Digital/ Paid Media strategy. Someone who wants to be part of a movement and a scale up and is exciting about bringing change.
