Are you ready to take the reins of international expansion for a dynamic, high-growth company that's redefining the world of tasty premium food products? We’re seeking an ambitious and experienced International Sales Manager to join our client’s fast-paced team and play a pivotal role in their global success story. This is more than just a job—it's a chance to shape the future of a brand that’s winning hearts across the globe.

Our client is a pioneer in the food industry, celebrated for their exceptional products that elevate everyday moments. With a diverse and innovative product range, they’ve captivated consumers in both retail and food service channels, building a strong reputation for superior taste and quality. As they continue their rapid expansion, they’re looking for a forward-thinking leader to help drive their international growth strategy.

The Role:

As the International Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s global expansion efforts. Reporting directly to the Head of International Sales, your mission will be to explore new markets, shape strategic partnerships and spearhead the brand’s international growth.

·         Conduct thorough market reviews and scoping activities across new regions, identifying opportunities and crafting market entry strategies that set the stage for success.

·         Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with distributors in key markets such as Germany and the UAE, overseeing P&L, demand planning, and driving business growth.

·         Work closely with local teams to develop and execute sales toolkits, distribution agreements, and long-range demand plans that ensure seamless market launches.

·         Collaborate with Category and Marketing teams to create winning go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional support for new regions.

·         Partner with internal teams—Marketing, Category, Finance, and NPD—to ensure cohesive and successful execution of international strategies.

·         Keep senior stakeholders in the loop with regular updates on financial performance, demand planning, and critical path timings.

·         Plan, record, and evaluate promotional activities and new product developments, ensuring distributor-led markets are thriving.

You:

·         Proven experience in international and export markets, particularly within FMCG brands, with a solid track record of driving business growth.

·         Strong understanding of financials and commercial strategies, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive success.

·         Ability to work seamlessly across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and execution of international strategies.

·         Experience with Global and Local International models or working with international distributors is a big plus.

·         Proficiency in Spanish, German, or Chinese would be beneficial, but not essential.
