We’re really pleased to be supporting this client on their latest hire, a Junior Designer.

This is a really exciting travel brand, authentically themselves, innovative and creative.

An established brand that has been through incredible growth, doubling in size year on year.

Private equity backed, so plenty of investment and resource. They have already made significant investment in Digital Marketing and Tech, with this new role sitting in the Marketing team.


This role will suit a recent Graphic Design graduate, or someone who has had some exposure / experience within the Design space, looking to grow, develop or kick start their professional career.


The role:

· Creating templates and assets for social media graphics and videos.

· Participating in design projects by collaborating with the Senior Designer on a variety of design initiatives, from inception to completion.

· Drafting and proposing new ideas: Create initial drafts, brainstorm creative concepts, and suggest compelling design solutions.

· Comprehending project needs: Grasp the goals and scope of each project to ensure designs align with client expectations and project objectives.


The person & skills required:

· Proficiency of design software: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Premier Pro.

· Knowledge of visual elements: Strong understanding of design fundamentals, encompassing typography, color theory, and layout principles.

· Remain informed about design trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices to continually improve skills and offer innovative ideas.

· Creativity: Exhibit a robust creative instinct and showcase excellence in executing designs.
