B2B Marketing Manager - Leeds
Salary c£45,000-£50,000 basic
Hybrid - 3 days in the office, (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) - 2 days working from home (Tuesday & Friday)

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to play a central role in this marketing-led business, working closely with the Marketing Director to drive growth, elevate brand presence, and lead impactful campaigns.
Leeds City Centre Head Office with parking paid for by the company.
You must be a commutable distance from Leeds to be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns that align with key objectives, promoting the innovative products and services across channels.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Marketing Executive's, fostering a collaborative and high-energy environment.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand identity and values, collaborating with creative agencies, photographers, and PR teams.
Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics (Google Analytics, campaign KPIs) to assess performance, adapt strategies, and drive lead generation.
Event Management: Organise trade shows and events, representing the brand with engaging and professional presentations.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting marketer with a strong work ethic and a passion for innovation. You’ll be articulate, personable, and highly skilled in B2B marketing, with experience managing multi-channel campaigns and leading teams. A natural researcher, you should be excited to dive into understanding the industry, always bringing fresh ideas and insights to the table.
