This is a field based role with various locations in the UK (you need to be a car driver). We're seeking a New Business Recruitment Executive for one of our main retail clients. As a Business Recruitment Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the Recruitment Managers in attracting new retailers to join the group. You'll be responsible for identifying potential retailers, selling the brand, and managing the entire recruitment process from sign-up to trading.

Responsibilities will include:

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new retailers.
Establish strong communication and support links as retailers begin trading.
Assist in managing recruitment sales and cost budgets.

What we need:

Full clean driving license and right to work in the UK
Strong retail and cold call sales experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Ability to think creatively and logically to solve problems.
Experience managing costs and resources efficiently.
