​The Senior Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for a key portfolio of CPG products. This role involves overseeing all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, product development, marketing campaigns, and performance tracking. The Senior Brand Manager will manage and mentor an Assistant Brand Manager, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and alignment with the company’s overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aimed at increasing market share, consumer engagement, and profitability for assigned product lines.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the Assistant Brand Manager, ensuring the successful implementation of brand initiatives and professional development.

  • Strategic Planning: Create and refine long-term brand positioning and product strategies based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.

  • Campaign Oversight: Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels (digital, social media, retail, etc.) and alignment with brand objectives.

  • Market Research & Insights: Direct the analysis of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform brand strategy and adjust as needed.

  • Innovation & Product Development: Partner with R&D and product development teams to guide innovation and new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer needs.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with sales, supply chain, and operations to ensure cohesive execution of product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

  • Budget Management: Oversee the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing efforts.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze brand performance through KPIs, market data, and sales reports. Recommend changes to strategy based on performance insights.

  • Brand Communication: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, customer communications, and digital platforms.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in brand management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a CPG or FMCG company.

  • Deep understanding of consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
