I am looking for a talented and driven SEO specialist, someone with off-site SEO experience. The role is supported by wider Marketing team including Content and Digital PR, so any experience working with teams and individuals like this would be great. You’ll also support SEO Tech developments – again supported by appropriate teams (in house). There is a real feeling of “we are in this together” when joining this business.


The role will see you support the growth of SEO and evolve the brands strategy by identifying areas of challenge and improvement to consistently achieve the high-ranking positions.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Head of SEO and as part of the SEO team, you’ll help develop the SEO strategy and activity to drive organic growth.

  • Collaborating with the Content/ PR and Digital team for a successful and cross channel Organic Search strategy. Overseeing website content to ensure it is appropriate and SEO techniques are pushed in the right way and not “keyword stuffed”.

  • You’ll work to optimise the websites meta information and other on page elements to drive a consistent “best in class”

  • Regular reporting on performance and potential opportunities. Keeping up-to-date with key search algorithms, including Google core updates.

What I am looking for in your CV is detail around:

  • Broad SEO experience, ideally a 2/ 3 years. Off-site SEO, On-site SEO and ideally some Technical SEO skills (although that is more a great to have, an understanding of this areas is absolutely fine).

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ideally prior usage of tools including GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Search Console.
