​Are you a seasoned Supply Chain Manager with a proven track record in global operations? We're on the lookout for a highly motivated professional to join a dynamic team in a remote role based in the UK.

The role:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you'll ensure that our products are available in the right quantities at our 3PL locations, ensuring seamless order fulfilment. Your role is pivotal in maintaining inventory accuracy, managing supply chain operations, and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.

·         Collaborate with manufacturers and COO for efficient product forecasting and supply.

·         Oversee Customs clearance for product movements across all 3PLs and customer orders.

·         Reconcile inventories at all locations including 3PLs, offices, and online marketplaces.

·         Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages.

·         Ensure timely fulfilment of orders and maintain accurate fulfilment records in the ERP system.

·         Handle refunds, returns, and warranty replacements.

·         Monthly reconciliation of 3PL inventories with investigated variances.

·         Maintenance of minimum stock quantities to avoid unfulfilled orders.

·         Timely deliveries to key customers and distributors.

·         Work closely with the COO, executive management, and regional financial controllers.

·         Coordinate with 3PL management, manufacturer representatives, carriers, and auditors.

·         Justify product orders logically to ensure efficient supply chain management.

You:

·         Demonstrated success in supply chain management within a global context.

·         IOSCM qualification is a plus but not mandatory.

·         Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.

·         Proficiency in handling cross-border transactions involving the UK, EU, USA, and Australia.

·         Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.

·         Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP is desirable.

·         Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

·         Excellent communicator who keeps stakeholders informed.

·         Organised, adheres to timelines, and ensures best practice standards.

·         Committed to best practices, legislation compliance, and company policies.
