Location: 1-2 days in the Oxfordshire office, the rest working from home
The Role:
As a Trade Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful trade marketing strategies. You’ll have the opportunity to:
Build strong relationships with retailers, delivering best-in-class in-store campaigns and execution.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and consumer service teams, as well as external agencies.
Be at the forefront of bringing exciting new products to market across B2B retailers.
Develop compelling content assets tailored for retailer platforms and consumer engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
This role is pivotal in ensuring strong brand awareness and delivering growth across all product categories.
About You:
5+ years’ experience in Trade Marketing (DIY channel experience is ideal).
A background in Marketing/Sales, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
A proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
