We are delighted to be partnering with this ethos driven consumer brand in their search for a talented CRM Manager to join their Chester based marketing and ecommerce team.

 

Our client is an £multi-million turnover over brand who are independently owned and committed to their vision.  Their products are much loved and they have a loyal following.

 

They are now looking for a creative and strategic CRM Manager to report into the Head of Marketing, to help with their continued growth:

 

The Role

  • Develop CRM Strategy and implementation in line with overall brand objectives.

  • Deliver innovative CRM campaigns which excite the customer across email, SMS, Push etc

  • Manage and deliver customer loyalty programs to increase engagement, LTV and re-engagement

  • Partner with colleagues in marketing, digital and tech to ensure streamlined  communication throughout the whole customer journey

  • Find new ways to enhance CRM strategies and processes to improve efficiency, conversion and customer satisfaction.

  • Use customer data to segment and personalise campaigns to drive engagement

  • Build customer personas based on behavioural, demographic, and transactional data.

  • Monitor and report on performance, using actionable insight to inform future campaigns

  • Carry out A/B testing to ensure continuous improvement in channel performance

 

The person

  • An established CRM Manager or Senior Exec with creative ideas, looking for an autonomous role

  • Experience managing CRM in an ecommerce / retail environment

  • A blend of data driven mindset with a real eye for creative
