We have a super opportunity for a CRM / Email Marketing Manager to join a travel / leisure business in Yorkshire. You will be a car driver (due to the location of the office) and should be able to travel to their offices 2 x days per week.
Responsibilities will include:
- oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategies to engage and retain customers or clients.
- leverage email communication and CRM platforms to nurture leads, build brand loyalty, and drive conversions.
- crafting compelling email content, segmenting email lists, designing automated workflows, and analysing campaign performance metrics to optimise results.
- enhancing customer relationships, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to business growth and revenue generation
- take day-to-day responsibility for email scheduling, delivery, reporting and campaign selections
We're looking for someone with experience in A/B Testing, experience in managing CRM / Email marketing campaigns and someone confident in analysing the data and delivering reports.
