​Are you a Customer Marketing expert with a passion for premium beverages? Do you thrive on building brand visibility and driving sales growth? If so, this could be your next exciting opportunity!

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Customer Marketing Manager to join a leading brand in the premium beverage industry. In this role, you'll take ownership of customer marketing plans, ensuring brand messaging is impactful across all channels – from Off Trade and On Trade to DTC and Export.

The Role:

  • Developing and leading customer marketing strategy alongside senior stakeholders

  • Creating standout campaigns to drive visibility, trial, and sales

  • Building strong relationships with sales teams, customers, and external partners

  • Ensuring all marketing activity enhances brand premium perception

  • Managing budgets, analysing ROI, and delivering high-impact brand assets

You:

  • Proven experience in customer/trade marketing, ideally within the beverage industry

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive brand performance

  • A relationship builder with excellent communication skills

  • Experience in shopper marketing, channel activation, and brand partnerships

  • Passion for the beverage industry and a deep understanding of market trends
