We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Customer Marketing Manager to join a leading brand in the premium beverage industry. In this role, you'll take ownership of customer marketing plans, ensuring brand messaging is impactful across all channels – from Off Trade and On Trade to DTC and Export.
The Role:
Developing and leading customer marketing strategy alongside senior stakeholders
Creating standout campaigns to drive visibility, trial, and sales
Building strong relationships with sales teams, customers, and external partners
Ensuring all marketing activity enhances brand premium perception
Managing budgets, analysing ROI, and delivering high-impact brand assets
You:
Proven experience in customer/trade marketing, ideally within the beverage industry
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive brand performance
A relationship builder with excellent communication skills
Experience in shopper marketing, channel activation, and brand partnerships
Passion for the beverage industry and a deep understanding of market trends
