Location: Liverpool HQ (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

The Role:
As the Digital Demand Generation Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and managing high-impact campaigns. Your mission will be to craft and execute a robust digital demand generation strategy, delivering results without agency dependency. This role is perfect for a self-starter with exceptional technical skills and the drive to innovate in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to meet ambitious growth goals.

  • Design a cutting-edge demand generation engine that integrates technology and creative tactics.

  • Create and optimise campaigns to attract, engage, and convert prospects using a mix of content marketing, paid advertising, and automation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing efforts and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Oversee platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and more to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.

  • Work alongside business development to refine lead conversion strategies and enhance brand awareness in key markets.

About You:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within financial services, fintech, or investment management.

  • Proven expertise in lead generation and demand generation, with a track record of implementing hybrid strategies across long sales cycles.

  • Proficiency with platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, and more.

  • Strong analytical mindset to measure performance and optimise efforts.

  • Self-sufficient, entrepreneurial, and ready to make a tangible impact.
