About the Business:

This innovative tech company is on an exciting growth journey, expanding into new markets and rebuilding its marketing function. With a start-up/scale-up mentality, the company operates with a flat structure and a highly collaborative culture. They are looking for someone who shares this mindset: a problem-solver, self-starter, and creative thinker who thrives on autonomy.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on role with a strong digital and content focus, offering significant scope for creativity and innovation.

  • A strong digital marketer with expertise in lead generation and ABM.

  • A content-driven mindset – able to craft compelling messaging and campaigns.

  • A commercially focused, data-driven marketer who understands performance metrics.

  • A self-starter who enjoys working autonomously and contributing ideas.

  • Someone who thrives in a high-growth, evolving environment and can solve problems creatively.

Why Join?

  • Shape and own the marketing function – be part of an exciting growth journey.

  • Work directly with the CEO, influencing business strategy.

  • Autonomy and flexibility in a supportive, collaborative team.

  • Hybrid working – typically 2-3 days in the office (Leeds).

If you're looking for a dynamic, high-impact marketing role where you can truly make a difference, we'd love to hear from you
