We are currently partnered with a premium food business who are on the hunt for a Tesco Senior National Account Manager. The business has seen ridiculous growth over the past few years and are embarking on a global takeover (which believe me is happening and it’s happening fast). They currently have a premium niche in their category and no other business can seem to follow suit. This is a business who continue to bring continuous game-changing products to market that just seen to disrupt wherever they enter through their fab NPD team.

Culture and progression are a huge part of this business, they do a range of events inside and outside of work and really pull together to have a good time internally and externally. From a progression perspective there are a range of opportunities internally which will offer you to take a step up.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • P&L responsible for the Tesco account

  • Strategically staying ahead of the market by spotting new and up and coming trends

  • Collaborate with category management to develop channel insights and expand distribution

  • Influence core range and NPD development

  • Management of a JNAM – (Supporting on the Tesco account)

Who You Are

  • Proven experience working within the retail multiples (Tesco would be an advantage)

  • Strong commercial acumen and numerical proficiency

  • Skilled negotiator focused on building long-term partnerships

  • Proactive and independent worker in fast-paced environments

  • Team player ready to collaborate and engage in hands-on tasks

  • Excellent communicator with a straightforward and friendly approach
