​My client is a retailer with sustainability at their core. They are embarking of a period of growth from start-up to scale up and now is an incredibly exciting time to join the team.

The business is well funded and the team has grown significantly since their launch.

They sit in a growing and sustainable sector and contribute to a better planet.

There are exciting plans afoot and with that comes the need to hire an experienced E-Commerce Manager on a 12 month FTC Maternity cover. The successful hire will shape online strategy, drive growth and enhance the customer journey across all digital channels.

The Role:

  • Own and manage daily trading and content on the D2C website

  • Optimise customer experience, increasing conversion and driving growth through ecommerce strategy

  • Analyse sales data, customer trends and competitors, delivering actionable insight to inform trading strategy

  • Plan and deliver promotional campaigns ensuring they deliver maximum impact

  • Own website updates including new landing page creation, trade calendar and web content

  • Improve the customer journey with enhances site navigation

  • Implement A/B testing programs to optimise the customer experience

  • Partner with colleagues in brand and marketing to create fully integrated campaigns inline with overarching brand strategy

  • Work closely with the customer acquisition teams to enhance experience and ensure consistent messaging

  • Oversee onsite content and product data

  • Own product reporting and pricing strategies to maximise sales opportunities

  • Monitor and report on Ecommerce KPIs
